3. Allot time for meditation. Just like finding a quiet place for meditation, finding the right time in your ever day living would be recommendable. 4. Sit. Close your eyes. Breathe. An outsider’s view of meditation may always look like this. And it is true. That’s how you can begin running on the right track. That’s how you keep moving. But is it basic? Yes, it is. But it’s not as simple as it looks like. When you close your eyes, that’s the start of you running and scanning your thoughts when meditating. It may look basic, yes. But you have to coordinate your body in the flow of your thoughts. That’s why you have to observe a right posture while meditating. When you sit with the right posture, the flow of energy in your body and the depth of your breathing will be more evident. You will be more aware of them and the possibility of you getting one with mindfulness will come. 

Now, when you close your eyes, with the right posture, with right focus, and breathing, this is the time where you should become mindful. As mentioned, this is the time where your thoughts keep running. This is the time where you visualize events, places, and persons randomly. These thoughts are so random that you would wonder where they come from in your mind. On the other hand, breathing could help you lessen all the burdens that continue to drag you down in your everyday living. The tensions, the thoughts that you’ve carried along all day, breathe them out. Exhale them out. Then inhale again. Deeply. 5. Welcome those random thoughts.
As mentioned awhile ago, meditating would slowly
seem to be a race for you once you begin doing it. Many think that meditation is simply being peaceful. However, it’s not easy to be peaceful. In order to find the inner peace you have in your mind, body, and spirit while meditating, you have to work for it. When you close your eyes, becoming peaceful will not seem to be simple ass it may look like. When you close your eyes, the thoughts will begin to run and race like there’s no tomorrow. Your thoughts will appear spontaneously. Your thoughts will appear side by side. Your thoughts will seem like a race that has no rules. They run with their feet that are not on the right track.
